Jagodni tart

O jagodah sploh ne bom govorila, ker sem z njimi itak obesedena, bom pa povedala, da je to ena najlepših sladic, kar sem jih pripravila. Brez težav bi jo uvrstila med top 3. Tudi okus je med boljšimi. 😉 Tart je v francoščini tortica, gre pa za pečen bistkvit, bolj crust varianta. Jaz tokrat nisem delala testa iz moke, vedno – če se le da – uporabim raje hitrejšo, a vseeno okusno varianto testa. Uporabila sem čokoladne Oreo piškote. Tart ne samo, da noro lepo izgleda, tudi odličen je!

  • zavitek vanilijevega pudinga
  • strok vanilije
  • ​300 ml sojine smetane za stepanje
  • zavitek kremfixa
  • 60 g raztopljenega masla
  • 10 žlic rjavega sladkorja
  • paket Oreo piškotov
  • 4 dcl mleka
  • sveže jagode
Zdrobimo piškote in jim dodamo raztopljeno maslo ter 5 žlic rjavega sladkorja. Položimo na pekač za pite in dobro pritisnemo po robovih. Postavimo na hladno.
Pripravimo kremo – puding zakuhamo s 4 dcl – od tega odvzamemo 5 žlic, da pripravimo prašek skupaj s tremi žlicami rjavega sladkorja. Preden rahlo vrelemu mleku dodamo puding, vanj damo vanilijev strok. Potem dodamo puding in ga kuhamo po navodilih. Ko je končan, ga pustimo hladiti in ga pokrijemo s prozorno folijo, da ne nastane skorjica. Za ohladitev ga lahko položimo v posodo, polno mrzle vode ali v korito natočimo vodo.
V času, ko se hladi puding zamiksamo sojino smetano s kremfixom in jo narahlo primešamo ohlajenemu pudingu.
Medtem, ko se hladita crust in krema, si pripravimo jagode ali katerokoli drugo sadje. Ko je vse skupaj dobro ohlajeno in krema čvrsta, sestavimo skupaj in hladimo do uporabe.
