Kremna paradižnikova juha s kruhovimi krutoni

Se vam je že zgodilo, da ste imeli na domačem vrtu preveč paradajza? Zagotovo. 🙂 No, jaz vrta sicer nimam, ga pa vedno v večjih količinah prejmem od najinih domačih. In ker čistih župc ne kuham, se zanašam na kremne. In je iz viška paradajza nastala ta fina, v 20 minutah pripravljena kremna paradižnikova juha s kruhovimi krutoni. Ja, krutoni so kupljeni, nisem imela časa delati še tega. 😉 Juha paše od jeseni do pomladi, najbolj pa mi sede v začetku jeseni, ko je domačega paradižnika še v izobilju.

  • 10 g masla
  • 1 strok česna
  • ščepec suhega origana
  • 6 srednje velikih paradižnikov
  • 2 žlici naribanega parmezana
  • ​žlica smetane za kuhanje
Najprej na maslu prepražimo česen in dodamo origano. Vse skupaj pražimo cca 4 minute, pri tem pa pazimo, da česen ne zažgemo.
Medtem si lahko operemo paradižnike, jih narežemo in zmeljemo v blenderju ter skozi cedilu precedimo v lonec.
Kuhamo nekje 5-10 minut, dokler se paradižnik lepo ne pobarva in poveže s česnom.
Juho zlijemo v blender, da se česen lepo zmelje in vlijemo nazaj v lonec ravno za toliko časa, da dodamo parmezan in smetano za kuhanje ter fino premešamo.
